Suzette Brown is the Founder and Coordinator of the Jamaica International Beauty Expo, the premier trade show on beauty and wellness in the Caribbean. A seasoned communications specialist, she has worked across journalism, public relations, government, and higher education. She previously served as an elected local government representative with the Montego Bay City Council, taught communications at the University of the West Indies, and continues to work as a corporate trainer and cultural advocate. Suzette holds advanced degrees in Communication for Social and Behaviour Change, with academic credentials spanning gender studies, political science, and social marketing. Deeply committed to community development, she has served on the boards of the Montego Bay Boys and Girls Club and the Howard Ward Benefit Foundation, and is a Jamaica Tourist Board Meet-the-People Ambassador.

Dr. Guan Ellerbe is a nationally recognized leader in trauma recovery, leadership development, and mental health innovation. She is the Founder and CEO of Leading Light Behavioral Health, Inc. and Leading Light Mental Health Clinic, Inc., where she has pioneered trauma-informed leadership models and expanded equitable access to care. With over 20 years of experience, she holds a Doctorate in Leadership Development (PsyD) from William James College and multiple clinical certifications, including LSW, LMHC, MACCS, and SAP. Dr. Ellerbe is also an author, professor, and consultant, guiding leaders and communities toward equity, resilience, and healing.

Falasha Harrison is a visionary leader, ordained minister, strategist, and entrepreneur committed to rebuilding legacy through purpose-driven leadership, structural transformation, and authentic community restoration. As the Founder and CEO of Her Legacy Co. and The Nonprofit Agency, Falasha stands at the intersection of business acumen, nonprofit excellence, and generational healing. She holds multiple executive certifications from Harvard Business School and is currently pursuing her MBA at Harvard University. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Falasha designs and leads initiatives that restore families, empower leadership, and rebuild community infrastructures with intention and impact.

Nicola Holness brings more than 20 years of executive-level experience in finance and operations to Her Legacy Co. and The Nonprofit Agency. She has led fiscal strategy and administration at Partners In Health, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health. Nicola specializes in developing operating budgets, leading audits, managing multimillion-dollar grants, and creating internal systems that allow nonprofits to grow sustainably. She holds an MBA in Strategy from Simmons School of Management and a Real Estate Investment Certificate from Harvard. With Nicola’s leadership, financial clarity becomes the foundation for lasting legacy.

Real Estate Development Executive | Global Property Strategist

Charlene Narcisse is a distinguished real estate development executive with experience delivering more than 400 luxury residential and commercial units across Jamaica, the U.S., and the U.K. She is the founder and director of multiple real estate companies, including Bray Construction Services Company Limited and I Know Interiors Limited (UK). Charlene’s expertise spans market analysis, site acquisition, and luxury construction management. Her leadership reflects a commitment to mentorship, sustainability, and economic empowerment, blending global excellence with community impact. She holds executive education certifications from Columbia University and is completing her MBA at the Mona School of Business and Management.

Michelle Plummer is a dynamic entrepreneur and community advocate with a proven commitment to youth empowerment and grassroots development. She founded the Back-to-School Youth Initiative, mobilizing local businesses, hairdressers, and barbers to provide free services and supplies to over 200 children annually. Raised in Jamaica and later relocating to the United States, Michelle’s personal journey through adversity fuels her dedication to creating opportunities for underserved families. Her leadership continues to expand through strategic partnerships, mentorship programs, and service initiatives that restore dignity, resilience, and hope for future generations.
