I’m Falasha. Her Legacy Co. was born out of my breaking point, but it didn’t end there. What could have silenced me instead became the moment God used to reframe everything—how I saw myself, the norms I had accepted, and the pain I carried.

Healing taught me that freedom requires truth. To live fully, I had to confront absence, rejection, and silence, and I had to believe that repair was possible. Out of that conviction came Her Legacy Co.—my response to the truth that families thrive when fathers are present, and that every woman is shaped, in part, by being her father’s daughter.

Her Legacy Co. exists to be a voice of truth for women and a guide for men. We equip men to rebuild and (re)learn presence with their daughters, while also creating pathways for women to heal, grow, and lead whole lives. We are equally committed to raising up leaders who understand that legacy is not built on titles or positions, but on presence, restoration, and responsibility.

Her Legacy Co. is committed to bringing men and women together in understanding, respect, and care—because families cannot flourish without the presence of fathers, uncles, and brothers alongside mothers, daughters, and sisters. At the same time, we invest in women in leadership and leaders in every sphere, ensuring they carry both the strength of vision and the wisdom of repair.

Her Legacy Co. exists because absence cannot have the final word. Presence is our foundation. Repair is our mandate. Legacy is our inheritance.
