Suzette Brown is a communications powerhouse and cultural advocate, known for founding the Jamaica International Beauty Expo, the Caribbean’s premier beauty and wellness tradeshow. With a background in journalism, public relations, local government leadership, and corporate training, Suzette has spent her career connecting communities, elevating voices, and building platforms for change. She teaches integrated marketing communication, and public relations at the University of the West Indies, Mona, WJC and holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Communication for Social and Behaviour Change. Deeply committed to community development, Suzette brings an international perspective, unwavering leadership, and a passion for restoring legacy to Her Legacy Co.

P. Falasha Harrison is a visionary strategist and leader committed to rebuilding legacy through purpose-driven leadership, structural transformation, and strategic restoration. As the Founder and CEO of Her Legacy Co. and The Nonprofit Agency, Falasha merges business acumen with nonprofit excellence to empower leaders, restore families, and redesign the systems that shape communities.
She holds a specialized certification in Organizational and Executive Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School and is currently pursuing her MBA at Harvard University.
Through her work, Falasha challenges systemic barriers to economic equity, fusing operational strategy with personal restoration to build legacies that honor the past while shaping the future.

Nicola Holness is a seasoned business development and infrastructure expert with over 20 years of executive-level experience. She has led finance and administration functions at top institutions including Partners In Health, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health. At The Nonprofit Agency, Nicola transforms nonprofit operations, building the systems and financial strategies that allow organizations to grow sustainably and manage risk intelligently. She holds an MBA in Strategy from Simmons School of Management and a Real Estate Investment Certificate from Harvard, and is committed to turning financial clarity into lasting legacy.

Dr. Guan Q. Ellerbe is a nationally recognized leader in trauma recovery, leadership development, and mental health innovation. As the Founder and CEO of Leading Light Behavioral Health, Inc. and Leading Light Mental Health Clinic, Inc., she brings over 20 years of expertise in social services, therapy, and community restoration. Dr. Ellerbe holds a Doctorate in Leadership Development (PsyD) from William James College and maintains multiple clinical and executive certifications, including LSW, LMHC, MACCS, and SAP. She is a pioneer in creating trauma-informed leadership pathways, especially for Black women in the workplace, and has built a thriving network of mental health services rooted in equity, healing, and empowerment. Through her clinical practice, teaching, consulting, and product development, Dr. Ellerbe exemplifies what it means to heal, lead, and build lasting legacy.

Charlene Narcisse is a distinguished real estate development executive with a proven track record of delivering over 400 high-end residential and commercial units across Jamaica and internationally. Her expertise spans market analysis, site acquisition, strategic development, and luxury construction management, blending opulence and functionality to exceed client expectations. Charlene is the founder and director of multiple real estate companies, including Bray Construction Services Company Limited and I Know Interiors Limited (UK). A leader deeply committed to mentorship, sustainability, and global excellence, she brings an international vision and a powerful commitment to legacy-building through economic empowerment. Charlene holds executive education certifications from Columbia University and is currently completing her MBA at the Mona School of Business and Management.

Michelle Plummer is a dynamic entrepreneur and community leader with a proven commitment to youth empowerment and grassroots development. As the founder of a thriving business and the Back-to-School Youth Initiative, she has successfully mobilized local hairdressers, barbers, and businesses to provide free haircuts, braiding services, and school supplies to more than 200 children annually. Raised in Jamaica and later relocating to the United States, Plummer’s personal journey through early adversity has fueled her drive to create lasting opportunities for families and communities facing systemic challenges. In addition to her entrepreneurial success, she continues to expand her impact through strategic partnerships, mentorship initiatives, and service programs designed to restore dignity, resilience, and hope in underserved populations.
